Christina Ferrare learns about Halloween safety in the unedited clip from the Oct 29, 2015 episode of Home and Family.
I just downloaded this, and while it doesn't play correctly in WMP, it plays fine in MPC and VLC. I made this clip while I was playing with encoding settings and I'm sorry that it doesn't play for you, but thankfully there shouldn't be many others like this.
I think that, at about 0:59 or 1:00, she get her boot caught in the lawn (out of view of the camera) and kind of has to steady herself.
