From I nostri mariti(1966) A very good de-booting scene at around :32 featuring a classic pair of Courrèges boots. As a bonus, a nice leather suit and a woman in a military uniform.
BTW-my absolute favorite style of de-booting. If boots have to come off, this is how it should happen.
