From The Bird Who Knew Too Much (s05e05)I'm pretty certain these are the highest shafted boots Emma Peel ever wore. They couldn't get much higher in any event.  The highest heels probably belong to the Queen of Sin outfit, but we'll cover that another day. This clip comes direct from the DVD.

Also from British Pathe, a behind the scenes look at the filming of The Avengers. I've always thought this was the oddest outfit Emma ever wore. I've heard them described as boots. We'll take them at their word. It's nice to see so many different views of them. I just re-discovered that this was from the end-segment of Bird Who Knew Too Much. Had completely forgotten that.
