From the upcoming Into The Badlands (see below-debuting on AMC 11/15). I try to avoid calling anything "the best." But the death-by-boot scene at around the 1:30 mark is very, VERY good. A few caveats, Widow appears to be a supporting character and does not always dress this way. Also, the ridiculously athletic action in this scene required stunt boots, I accept this given the high-heeled pay-off at the end. However, in a few frames you can see a white flash of her ankle flesh between pant and shoe-that's a little shoddy.
I recall seeing a clip from the ~10 year old series "Mutant X" in which one of the superpower characters killed a guy by planting her boot on his chest and pressing down. A lot less blood and gore than this clip (actually, no blood or gore to speak of), but there was something seriously cool about the way that she effortlessly terminated his life with a casual boot stroke.
