From Stripped to Kill 2 (1989) Maria Ford rocks a pair of black leather thigh high boots, worn over spandex pants and with a mini-skirt.  As a bonus, a pole dancer does her thing in suede thigh boots.

We can add another item to the list of reasons to be thankful for John Smith.  A comment of his made me re-think my irrational distaste for Maria Ford, and more importantly caused me to re-visit Stripped to Kill 2. So, thanks for the reminder my friend. Once again you've benefited the entire boot community.

  1. Awesome! Love this!

Now if you can come up with "Barbara" from Soul Train in her red leather thigh highs and jean shorts from 1991-92, you will rise to the level of a God in my book! Or some of the great "Party Machine With Nia Peeples" clips!

These are the clips I used to have on VHS prior to the "getting married ... gotta get rid of this stuff" purge.

    1. On the subject (and FWIW):

A few boot-centric Soul Train clips from youtube (POOR quality video, unfortunately ... I wish I knew where to find better):

(Barbara, in trademark red boots, cuffed down, at 1:40 mark ... only a glimpse)

(that one has my fave Barbara -- unbooted -- at 1:24 mark)

    2. If I can find these two, they'll be on my VHS tapes from the time. I know I've got several clips of Barbara and Nia Peeples, somewhere.......

BTW-I've talked to more than my share of boot hobbyists and virtually everyone has a "sure wish I had kept those" story.
