Michèle Mercier gets her boot on (her lovely over the knee pirate boot) in the fourth of the Angelique movies, Indomptable Angélique (Untamable Angelique). Youtube really did a number on this one when I uploaded it. I have no idea why it's letterboxed on all four sides.
This is a pretty poor version. I've found a signficant upgrade and hope to have it posted soon....ish.
