Lucrezia Borgia, l'amante del diavolo (1968) features what is probably the only booted Lucrezia Borgia in film. Some historical figures are naturally booted (Catherine the Great comes to mind) Ms Borgia is not on that list. I don't know if wedge heeled thighboots were popular in Renaissance Italy, but I guess they had a pair laying around the studio-I won't complain.
