Contrary to how it may appear, Rachel Ray did NOT appear at the 2017 Latin American Music Awards. Becky G did, magnificently (2 posts down), but that mind-boggling segment is not included in this clip. I WILL (not someday, but today or tomorrow morning) upload a HQ clip of that performance. For now here's the rest of the bootage from the show(and an accidental snippet of Rachel Ray).
