There are a number of odd things about Cauldron of Blood. (1970). Why is there so much leather in it? Why is the grandma wearing traditional dress AND Courreges boots? Why did this HD version languish on my harddrive for 3 years despite being a special request by my good friend Dr Morgus? Is it just a coincidence that my original posting of this was only 5 days shy of exactly 3 years ago? Why is that booted cat-fight at the end so darn dark? Why do I like that teal shirt and leather pants combo despite it being bootless? Why can I never figure out how to finish posts like this?
I can only answer the question as to why the booted cat fight is filmed in the pitch black.
