I'm certain that what you mean is that you don't care for them. I take the boot/not-boot distinction very seriously, and I am 99% certain that's she's wearing a proper pair of chap-boots.
I like very high boots like crotch or chap boots, but for me the most interesting and sexy height is very high thigh boots, leaving a small gap of thigh uncovered.
These are not boots. These are trousers with the bum cut out of them.

DeleteFor some of us (including me), chap boots are the ultimate! Can't say I've ever seen a pair in person, however.
