70's Boots In a Jaws Rip-off

From The Last Shark (1981). This style of  plastic knee boot with the chunky white plastic sole enjoyed a brief period of popularity(but often in a more vibrant color). What they're doing in a Jaws rip-off is a mystery. I must have glimpsed them in a thumbnail. Under normal circumstances a warm-climate shark movie has about 0% likely hood of boots.
