From Donne sopra, femmine sotto (The Rogue, 1971) home movie quality bootage around NYC in suede OTK's and a very nice pull-off scene of another pair of over the knee boots. There aren't many good ways to film a pair of boots being pulled off in a car. This is the best way I've seen.
