This is a scene from La venganza del doctor Mabuse (1972) As we saw with La Comtesse Perverse film-maker Jess Franco had 2 gifts-convincing b-movie hipsters that he has talent where none exists and inserting good boots into a single scene of his movies. These unique fringy white thigh boots show up for this one scene and are never seen again. This sort of drive-by bootage happens in many Franco films.
