Rocsi Dias on 106th & Park...And it begins

For a couple of years (2006/9) Rocsi Dias was host of BET's 106th & Park and was probably the bootiest thing on TV.  This was at the very dawn of the coming boot explosion and she was WAY ahead of the curve. I got quite a few Rocsi clips that I made back then that have never seen the light of day.  Time to let the light shine in. Too bad it was pre-HDTV
