Aisha Tyler might be close to perfect. She's smart and funny with genuine geek-girl credentials all wrapped up in a very attractive (and tall) package. She doesn't wear boots often enough (but for us, is there an "often enough?"). Here she is from a 2013 TV special. I don't wish to incur the wrath of a certain all-powerful sports league, so figure out what this is from on your own.
