Faith Hill Thigh Boots Football Opener

THAT opening song from the 2009 season of Sunday Night Football. Most of you have already seen this, but man, it's pretty special. When I decided to do this football double header, I was shocked to see that there aren't many really great HD versions of this floating around. I thought the one I saved at the time (this one) was pretty good. Turns out it has a lot of compression artifacts and is average at best. The only thing worse was all the other ones I found. Then I remembered that in 2009 true HD was just beginning to make headway on computer screens. To make matters worse, the flashing lights, constant movement  and quick cut editing of this clip are a recipe for bad captures. It's not that this is a bad version really, but for such a stellar and important clip, I'd prefer perfect.

ps, I was going to do a bootcentric edit of this, but that was just a nightmare.
