Carrie Underwood @ The 2014 CMT Awards

Carrie Underwood sports a nice pair of boots at the 2014 CMT Awards (ignore the file name, this was NOT the CMA's). I'm less thrilled with Miranda Lambert's gladiator boots, but Carrie's boots are pretty sweet. Sadly the crowd blocks most of the view, but the still at the top suggests these are more over-the-knee rather than knee-scrapers as I first surmised. I'm so glad I wrote my nomenclature guide so we can figure out exactly how many angels are dancing on the head of that pin.

p.s.-I love the Internet. I've never been 100% sure I've been using the "angels dancing on the head of pin" reference correctly. It appears I have.
