From 2009, Kat VonD wears her platform thigh boots while appearing on Jimmy Fallon's show. I am pretty certain that back in '09, I downloaded this clip as-is from a general interest forum devoted to sharing TV captures. It's not uncommon for me to upload clips of this type and probable origin. Often I won't even mention its source or its history.
