It should come as no surprise to boot fans that Emily Deschanel has been wearing riding style boots in nearly every episode of Bones for the last few seasons. In S07E12, they take their act on the road to Hollywood to consult on a TV show based on their lives (oooh, how META). Anyway, the actress who plays the character based on a character who's based on an author wears boots a distinct upgrade from the ones Emily wears.
