From the 2008 BET awards. Singer Kelis Ciara dances in some GREAT thigh high boots. I couldn't find any other version, let alone an HD one. I'd love to see this outfit in glorious HD if anybody has any leads. Oops, thanks to a reader for correcting me, this isn't Kelis, its Ciara and searching for the correct performer makes things a lot easier. There are other versions out there, but I still haven't found an HD one.
