The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul (and boots) did it again at 2011 TeenNick Halo Awards (?). I know a couple of things about boot-wearing women. In terms of quantity, quality and longevity, I don't think anyone comes close to MJB. Kylie Minogue is a good friend to boot hobbyists and Jane Fonda is a vintage treasure. Bardot had a good decade. Lindsay Lohan MIGHT take the single season record for that one winter (2007?) when she was photographed in two different pairs of boots every single day. If I had to choose the bootiest woman of all time, I'd have to go with Mary J Blige.
