4 very important inches

These two boots from the Dallas re-boot (s02e09) illustrate two important concepts. First, 1080p makes ANY boot look better. Second, moto-girl's boots are only about 4 inches taller than Jordana Brewster boots in the second scene. I like the first boots a lot, while the second pair are almost beneath notice and wouldn't be here if they weren't in the same episode as the first pair.  I know a lot of you won't like either pair, but for me, boots only get interesting when they start approaching the knee. It's a funny world.
