From the live action manga Black Jack:The Visitor in the Eye(1977) we see three pairs of boots. My curiosity is peaked by the white (well beige maybe) pair of OTK's that look similar to the OTK's that would gain popularity 30 years later.
My favourite pair is the glossy red knee highs on the desk. I have a feeling red boots will be quite popular in the 2016/17 season. I am after the 'right' pair for Mrs JA to replace an existing burgundy pair from 2013. But I digress...
