As we should all recall, 2010-ish was another period in history when it was quite common to see a woman wearing solid-footed, earth-tone knee boots over pants(see this Wonder Woman post). These are a merely adequate example of the breed.  This is a clip from the sometimes funny Playing House (s01e06).  It runs too long and should have had a tighter edit.
