Do you have any idea how many movies are called "Borderline"? This is one of them. I made this clip in 2013, so the movie probably came out around then, but I can't find anything definitive. If you like average knee boots in the snow you might find something to enjoy in this one. I must have been pretty desperate the day I decided to save this one.
