Look! Ladies in Boots!

The most important thing I've learned in my life-long battle with depression (mood-swings more accurately)  is that the circumstances of my life have NOTHING to do with my mood.  Today I am miserable and hate everything. On Thursday everything was sunny and bright. There have been no changes in my life in the span of those 4 days. Only my mood has changed.  I just need to hold on, don't do anything stupid and wait for the storm to pass. And it helps if I do something simple yet productive, like editing a bunch of random clips. Just don't expect me to wax rhapsodic about Padma Lakshmi's boots. They are nice though and get a mention and a close-up.
