Gatchaman(sometimes Gacchaman) is a Japanese action movie from 2013. It's pretty typical for the breed, except for one of the most wonderful villainess I've ever seen. Her mask might be a little silly, but her costume......

Katrine De Candole, booted in Dominion

I'm not sure if actress Katrine De Candole counts as a celebrity, but SyFy's "Dominion" is certainly a TV show.  And Katrine ABSOLUTELY wears high heeled boots in her portrayal of Uriel, a dissolute, impetuous angel who dresses the way I wish Xena had. She was only in 4 episodes in the season that just ended. I'm pretty sure there were no good boot views in one of them, so here's the best of episodes 4,6 and 7.
