I think this movie is called "Stop" but I can't find any info about it. Lots of gogo boots, mauve over-the-knee boots and a booted hand crush.

Well, technically Bloodrayne: The Third Reich,(2011) A stink fest that should be better. If being the 3rd in a low budget series isn't warning enough, her boots change at random from below the knee to OTK's. Most people wouldn't notice, but it's the only reason we watch crap-fests like this.  For a movie about a leather-clad ass-kicker, it's more notable for missed opportunities than golden moments.
