Fernando Berlin

Boot lovers should need no introduction to the extraordinary boots crafted by Fernando Berlin.  I've known Fernando for years and his passion for boots exceeds my own. Although my focus has always been boots in the popular media,  if thighboots.com was still running, we would be one of his best customers.

They've launched a kickstarter campaign and by the time you read this they may have already met their goal. In any event I can assure you that Ferdinand and company are fine people that are dedicated to making the world a bootier place.

A Boot Blogger's Work Is Never Done

So, two posts down I discover that the mystery guitarist in the College GameDay video is Lzzy Hale of the metal band Halestorm. A full on search for Lzzy in boots has apparently been on my to-do list since October 15th of last year!  So, here's some low hanging fruit I found in about 30 seconds. A good place to start for images is a google search for "Lzzy Hale Boots"
My guess is there are probably hours of prime Lzzy Hale in boots video on youtube. Here's some tasty bits I found-

The Many Forks Of The Interwebs

Do you know what happens with you do a google image search for "Big & Rich female guitarist?" (one post down) You stumble across a picture like this one-

So, I'm trying to learn my lesson and not let my discovery of "Virtually Unshockable"(for that is their name) derail my posting plans for the day. Suffice it to say they have nothing to do with Big & Rich or College Gameday and that someday I'm going to do a lot of youtube searching for this South Carolina based cover band and their lead singer Vicki Lea Parnell who seems to like her boots.
