From A Girl In Australia (1971) as a hooker on the run, Claudia Cardinale wears over the knee boots, until she gets to Australia, when her boots disappear(not uncommon in Australia). BTW-I just stumbled across an upgrade. These are unique boots (look at the ankle) I'll post the upgrade if it's warranted.
