Paige Hemmis is arguably the second most reliable boot wearer on Home & Family (on the Hallmark Channel) It appears she owns far fewer boots than Tanya Memme, but she's quite fond of this tasty pair of black, heeled OTK's. Extra points to Paige for her tendency to pair her boots with socks/leg-warmer. As a minor bonus, Jeanette Pavini wears a minor pair of suede boots (we'll be seeing her in a better pair later).
