From The Victim  (1969) I'm pretty sure this was a tip from SatDish, one of the world's leading authorities on 60's crotch high boots. The clip opens and ends with some decent dancing knee boots, but it's the outfit in the middle that demands our attention.  Nothing goes with vinyl crotch high boots quite like a leather mini.
