These scenes from the 2016 Teen Choice Awards are all about Victoria Justice in black leather thigh boots. Sure there's a pair of leather pants, two-tone knee boots and VJ in tall Docs trying to ride John Cena like a horse. But this clip made it because of those thighboots. You may notice a small toe cut-out. I am completely willing to overlook this minor faux paux. These are undeniably boots, and I think pretty decent ones. I am much less certain about those.....things in the post directly below.
