If you've been doing this for as long as I have you may remember the Mexican singer Yuri. I had no idea she released her first album in 1978, but I certainly recall that by the mid-80's she was as reliably bootie as Mary J. Blige. Buried somewhere on a VHS tape I have a closet tour segment where she's surrounded by a mountain of boots. Here's a more recent concert. She changes outfits multiple times, and the bootie bits are between 19:05-35:20.
