Giving a year old youtube clip the full blog treatment (didn't mean too, this clip didn't get put in the "done" folder and I re-uploaded it forgetting I had done it once before-been a very spacy day).
From The 4 Musketeers (2005) AKA D'Artagnan et les trois mousquetaires. Decent cavalier boots with the fighting and the jumping and the stabbing. Some REALLY cheesy wire-work stunts (and probably some stunt boots as well).
Emmanuelle Béart is absolutely drop dead gorgeous. It's always welcome to see her in (rarely worn) high boots. She stars in '8 Women' and famously asked for a modification to her character's French Maid's outfit:

After Béart’s character reveals that the had been the mistress of the murdered man, she stands in front of a gaudy painting of a younger version of Denevue’s character sings her song “Pile ou face” (heads or tails). In the process, she loosens her maid’s apron and undoes a few buttons. After the song she sits down and puts her feet up, revealing her very high leather boots, symbolic of her sexuality, which had been hidden to the other women."
