Too be honest, if I wasn't running this blog, maybe I don't trim this down. My interest in this sort of boots worn over pants is legendary. This interest drops dramatically when they're worn with a skirt. In fact, a good friend's fondness for  Jacqueline Bisset is probably what pushed this over the edge.
