Kinvig-Early 80's Space Boots

As I've mentioned more than a few times, I get a lot of satisfaction from "the hunt." Searching for and discovering new bootage drives me.  As much as I might like having and sharing, it's the finding that gives me the greatest joy.

I was trolling through one of my favorite sites when I stumbled across this picture from "Kinvig." The idea that there was entire new-to-me series that featured such a delicious booted space babe was thrilling. I was quickly reminded of the Raquel Welch episode of Mork & Mindy.  As is often the case, the reality was somewhat disappointing. Prunella Gee (above) plays a dual role, and spends much more time as the acid-tongued earthling Miss Griffin who has a penchent for horrid early 80's ankle shoes. Her time in space is limited and features a costume change in each of the 7 episodes, often with disappointing bootage.

In any event it was an interesting survey of early 80's space bikinis, with some boots to add interest. It was just not as magnificent a discovery as I had hoped.
