As we've been seeing, suede, tight to the leg, thigh high boots have clearly become THE boot of the year. One of my concerns is that as the look migrates from celebrities to the street it might transform into ankle boots and thigh high stockings. We witness just such a nightmare scenario in this still from Girl Code Live. I saw thumbnails of this and was thrilled. I watched the episode and my hopes were dashed. Truly stylish women will immediately understand that stockings will NEVER be an adequate substitute for boots. But........
