Claws-So this happened

I posted this once before, there was a problem with it (that stayed up over the weekend). I took it down, found a clip on youtube, shared it....now here's a great looking 1080p version. So, Claws is an outrageous comedy/action/drama that airs on TNT. It's set in south Florida the way Miami Vice was. Florida is almost a character on the show. There is no reason to think this show would feature any boots. But I thought the same thing about Australian medical dramas and...poof...Offspring.



Without having any reason to be (except, you know 2017) Claws is a decently bootie little show. Usually the kind of cheap open-toed lace-up thighboots you might expect, until....



Franka Potente joins in Season 2 as a Russian crime queen. In episode 3 she shows an underling what to expect if he disrespects her.  I don't want to give too much away, but let's just say a certain portion of the boot-loving world will consider this one of the finest boot scenes in television history. Listen to the dialog in the aftermath, pretty funny.



When this episode aired, I knew I'd be blogging again shortly, and I knew I'd post this pretty quickly.
