Винтаж (Vintage)is a Russian pop group who's singer has on several occasions performed in great thigh high boots (and some sort of odd helmet). I don't have the time to devote myself to a full scale search, but here's a start-

Perhaps the best quality, but the demon helmet has been replaced by a tiara. Some great close-ups of her gloves.
