Why Did I Get Married was released in October of 2007. Given the snowy local, it's safe to say it was filmed much earlier in the year and that the costumes were probably designed in the winter of 2006. At that time, knee-boots over pants was really starting to take off. There are some fine boots on display here. I hope a good friend takes note of the fur-lined OTK's we see at the beginning.
