It should come as no surprise there was quality bootage in Batman & Robin (1997) Less common are the making of featurettes. Here are some loosely edited versions where they talk about Batgirl, Ivy and their costumes. It gets better as it goes and the discussion with Batgirl's costume designer  (around the 6 minute mark) is nice.
