A LOOONG time ago, I had a clip of her hosting "At the Improv" or whatever that stand-up comic show was called (a host/hostess introduces a few comics for 5-minute sets at the original Improv). I don't FULLY recall it now (20 years or more ago), but she wore tall boots over pants for sure. Had it on VHS, which is now decomposing (slowly) in a landfill somewhere.
I love that moment when somebody you rate as a lost cause suddenly turns up in decent pair of high boots.
