I think you're using "Universal" wrong

USB stands for Universal Serial Bus. The idea is to have a standard plug type for all your computer interface needs. Plugged into my computer at this time I have (and use on an almost daily basis)-

  • mini USB 2.0
  • micro USB 2.0
  • USB 3.0 type A
  • USB 3.0 type B
  • USB type C 
Oh, I know each one is a significant upgrade, but....
Not really boot related, but I feel better getting it off my chest.
