From Your Vice Is a Locked Room and Only I Have the Key(1972). The delightful Edwige Fenech wears a pair of knee-scrapers that, to my eyes at least, seem like a link between classic late 60's boots and the "Benny Who" boots that would blossom in the UK. The key frames in this were pretty randomly placed, so this is a lot looser than I would like.
