From Nikita S01e19, Nikita prowls in over the knee boots and gets into quite a fight with the lovely Zoie Palmer.  BTW-yes, they're 50/50's. Often the choice is not between full-leather or 1/2 leather over the knee boots, but rather between over the knee boots or ankle boots. That's an easy choice for me.
