From the series finale of Wizards of Waverly Place (s04e27) Selena wears a pair of modern over the knee boots.
For what it's worth, Selena was 19/20 during the final season of the show. Yes, I'm aware of the booty/catsuity awesomeness of the one-off movie that followed. A quality web-dl is on an HD waiting to be trimmed.
