From an episode of Watch What Happens Live back in 2009, a bootcentric edit focusing on Tabatha Coffey's black leather thigh high boots.
I stumbled across this clip in my "2009" folder. From its look and the way it's named, I'm assuming my friend Dr Morgus captured this one. I'm not a giant fan of Tabatha Coffey, but her fondness for black and shiny and spiky certainly served us well during the golden age. Like most of our fair-weather friends she was quick to abandon us in favor of "leather" leggings and ankle boots. Searching for Tabatha Coffey boots returns some decent results and below are two youtube links you may have already seen showing her in above average boots.

yes my girl Tabitha I remember when she used to wear boots. I believe there is another time she was on Watch What Happens booted and I do have a few of the episodes where she wore boots on her show from season 1 and 2 after that she indeed chucked the boots and started wearing leather pants. I will look for them and send them to you when I find them
