I wish I knew anything about this clip. I'm making a guess that it's Ana Rosa Quintana from Sabor a ti circa 2009. I know for a FACT that I love the look of thigh boots disappearing under the hem of an above the knee skirt.
The more I think about this clip, the more I think this might also be one of Dr M's. I thought the show was European, but it appears to have a new world origin. Also, as I did more research it looks like Sabor a ti went off the air in 2004, so I got something wrong. To be honest, I don't feel like jumping down that rabbit hole, so I'm leaving this as is, rather then spending 45 minutes fact-checking something nobody cares about. But make no mistake (even if I do) this is a tasty clip.
to this day my favorite look without a shadow of a doubt boots that disappear under a skirt is my favorite look (probably because of all the Dallas, Dynasty and Falcon Crest I watched as a kid where boots would suddenly be covered by a skirt, I always imagined those boots Joan Collins wore were thigh highs)
